The lid of the sunscreen bottle produced a soft pop sounds as Louisa flicked it open with the tip of her finger. Turning it upside down so that the remaining half of the lotion flowed towards the top, she squeezed the plastic bottle. A thick stream of white creamy lotion gushed out onto her palm. Despite having been out under the glaring sun for an hour already, the lotion was cool to the touch. She pressed her palms together and smeared the lotion evenly before beginning to apply it to her smooth green skin.
